1. Select and do right click on My Computer Icon.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click on Device Manager.
4. Select universal Serial bus controller.
5. Explore Universal Serial bus controller.
6. Now Select Root Hub option, do right click and select properties.
7. Click on Power Management.
8. Uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
9. Click on OK.
